Who's written you off ? You are very capable. I was written off at 18 when i was slapped with a schizophrenia diagnosis. Since then, even through changing diagnoses,it's been about deterioration prevention rather than progression attainment.

just doctors in general

ive got a few physical things that i need help on, ffs, i have to use a mobility scooter to simply get out and about and its humiliating, yet if i actually was believed and they actually did tests there is stuff they can do that would limit my pain and improve my quality of life.

every one of them dismisses me.

the shrink is useless too

finally got decent painkillers today off the gp but what i actually need is an operation now before it gets too late to treat, but for some reason because im only 40, they dont think i should be having these problems. Well i am and i need help. Only wish i could afford to go private.

That must be really frustrating. Its clear you do have the problems so whether you should be having them at your age is irrelevant. Must be infuriating. Bloody doctors. Do you see a specialist regarding these problems? Maybe if you saw a specialist they would be more inclined to act.
I really hope the painkillers help. I can see your frustration which is more than understandable when you are being dismissed and not believed. Keep trying to make them see. Please dont give up. I know it must be so hard when you are having to fight every step of the way and you are already exhausted and in mental and physical pain. But Keep pushing them. Unfortunatly its often the one that shouts the loudest that gets heard. xxx

hahaha. thanks for cheering me up.

Being an anarcho- syndicalist, I'm not a fan of government, we could set up our own co operative and have genuine equal rights, for the first time in our lives.

Bit pissed off I have to fight for everything, apparently the GP thinks its not only arthritis but nerve damage in my foot so my desire to have it amputated is justified, but clearly not going to happen. Also my meds may have set off the menopause early but they are investigating that one too.

Im going to start a new country, one where you get fast tracked for health care if you have MH problems, as treating physical problems will only save the health service money on mental health treatment.

I like your thinking about the co operative. Let me know when you set up a country, I'd like to live there. xxx
