Not that SAD!!! It's social anxiety disorder not seasonal affected disorder.

I wasn't to know that. SAD usually refers to seasonal affective disorder. A lot of people here, including me, experience social anxiety to varying degrees.

According to http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/s ... y+disorder he could also have been talking about schizoaffective disorder. How were any of us supposed to know which one given the lack of additional information ?
He/she could have helped clarify things. It is not our fault that he didn't .

Hello out there.
It seems to me there has been some confusion about 'SAD' on all sides.
I'm sure it was unintentional.
Come on guys, life is tough enough without getting stressed over this.
We all struggle on here in one way or another.
Take care.

Why are people getting stressed out over simple remarks? I clearly stated in brackets, social anxiety disorder.
I think this topic has run it's course as noone responds constructively.
