Hi I found out that I may have SAD

Postby djackson » Mon Apr 16, 2012 4:39 pm

Hi,
I have found out through research that I most probably have SAD(Social Anxiety Disorder)

Does anyone else have it and what should I do?

Any reply would be fantastic.

Thank you.

fistly you should get a proper diagnosis from a proffesional. research and online quizes etc cant always be reliable. if your struggling your shold talk to your gp and get as much support around you as you can.
take care xx

social anxiety disorder is sometimes abbreviated to SAnD to avoid confusing the two conditions, hugs, Judith xxx
