not any more!! welcome amongst the land where most of us have felt like this at one time or another or still do. and by the way, you really are not alone. promise. can you tell us more about yourself??? do you suffer from depression? or other mental health issues?? on here we suffer from a whole range of mental issues so i can guarrantee you won't be unique. if you are feeling really down and lonely and have done so for a while might i suggest that you go and see your GP if you haven;t already done so already. xx

Sorry to hear youve suffered bullying I completely understand what you are going through I was bullied for 5 years at secondary school and im going to therapy to get over it it's ruined my life.I'm paranoid all the time I always think people are judging and laughing at me even randomn people.are you on any councilling or therapy.I f not you might benefit from it go back to your gp and say you need some more support.
I think a lot about taking my life but remember Sophie if things get drastic phone or email the samaritans or the sanneline they will be there to listen and support you as well as we will be here too.
Im very alone too I have no friends I know it's very difficult.
Please take care
