Ajb, please think again. We would miss you and your words of wisdom so much. Take Poltwhistle's challenge and let me know too, because I'm struggling to find the funny side of the words (sorry guys, being a bit dim today!! )

Lots of love and hugs, ajb, remember you made it this far for a reason, please please don't give up now

Please reconsider. We know its hard but you're worth too much to think of this.
Can you trty to make it to your appointment on Wednesday?
Can you make us a list of exactly what has triggered this and then try a list (and I know this might seem impossible) of positive things worth staying around for - think hard.

Please stay with us and keep talking to us.

xx
