Please don't feel alone!
I totally understand where you're coming from, and I totally agree that there is not enough support for people who work full time. Have you tried contacting your local Mind? I know that with Oxfordshire Mind, they run peer support groups in the evenings, and I'm sure other Minds run similar things. Please continue to reach out!

Hi

It really is tough to balance full time work with mental health issues. Well done for coping.

As the previous poster said, MIND, other charities and sometimes individuals run mutual support groups in the evenings which many working people attend. I find them a great help.

As well as contacting your local MIND, another way to find out what options are available is to ask your GP for a referral and then see how flexible the councillor / therapist is. When I got NHS therapy they were very good about fitting appointments around my work and were happy to skip weeks if I was too busy. Maybe they can't be flexible enough for you but no harm in asking.
