Hi i am new here and need help from anyone who has had to go through the esa assment , i have BPD and a severe spinal condition , any help with the mental health side of the assment would be good , i have the attached mental health problems to , self harm , suicidal , anxiety , insomnia , social phobia , depression ,i am still under psychartric care and my local MHT , any help here ??

Get evidence to back up your claim that you aren't fit for work: especially if work or work-related activities would put you at risk of harm or suicide. Keep copies of everything you send and put your National Insurance number on every page of any evidence as well as numbering the pages (e.g. 1/5; 2/5; 3/5 etc) as this makes it easier to link up individual pages with your case notes as well as making it clear whether anything is missing.
