Do you have depression or do you suffer from bi-polar or any other mh issues?.
And the tears come streaming down your face,when you lose something you cant replace
Till now, I always got by on my own, I never really cared until I met you
No-one ever comes close to you

Hello and welcome.

It's good to hear that you are thinking about your family..
I am sure that they will come to understand and accept your diagnosis, given time.
It's probably a bit of a bewildering time for you all at the moment..but remember there is support out there and on here..if and when your family need it. :)

Right now, it sounds like you are doing lots of positive things..e.g. seeking support, looking at your lifestyle, medication ect. :)

These are all big steps..and well done you.. :) just remember to take smaller steps if you need too...and look after yourself.
