So true. Bipolar is a devastaing illness. Some people think that if they feel a bit up and down then that constitutes having it. NO.

I really want to read this article now will look for it.
Couldn't agree more in a convers last night my "friend" said oh i know loads of bipolar people they all have different symptoms. Yes there are 4 different types but it could be argued type 1 the one where they lock you up is the most devastating. Its a "popular" disease just now. In the past took on average 10.5 years to make a diagnosis. And i knew years before they diagnosed me.

10 admissions for me.
But there is hope.
going to try and find the article...
