Dear Chris,
nice to hear your news.
I am in awe of how you are looking after yourself.
Sorry about your foot.
I am going to google the Cajun Bean Soup recipe,
I have two packets of dried black-eyed peas in the cupboard...
With Best Wishes
B

Burgers -
yesterday I made my own beef burgers from minced beef with onions and seasoning.
I fried onions to accompany them ...loving the smell of fried onions.
just one way of raising the mood, just one way to deal with the depressions.

I discovered my bags of black-eyed peas,
they will need to be cooked and eaten definite comfort food.

Hi B

I see you are still cooking. I had to take some timeout but felt I had to log in and see if I could recognise names.

Hope you have been doing ok. Chris x
