This is another quick visit here for me, still a bit challenged with my mental health.
I tend to panic a bit when I feel low...a bit like panicking when one is swimming out on one's depth.

But we know that when you are out of puff in deep water the best thing is to float on your back, until you get more energy or until help comes.
I interpret that as ---when in mental turmoil, do less, reserve energy...
