Maybe it's time to highlight this thread again for those of us who find Christmas a struggle. I've got the tree, the lights and the Clanger Nativity up (I've had to make it smaller to allow room for a cat to sit on the window-sill this year), freezer defrosted and empty but don't feel like writing cards yet.
Remember, it's not a competition: if you can't afford presents, then better to tell people than go into debt. If you don't feel like doing the decorations and stuff, then consider whether you really need to, hugs, Judith xxx

I have already got my presents, and am now waiting for christmas.

I am with my dad, and brother, and it will be low key.

Sometimes we go to scotland but not this year.
