hear hear......i only come on here now and try and support.....i feel as though i cant use this board no more!! there is age discrimination somewhere and its the younger ones that are doing this and attacking the like of you and judith for no reason and all you are both doing is giving advice xxxhug...

hi there jay.....only a doctor can diagnose you....us on here cant....the best thing to do is to go to your doctor with the mental graph that you have done and they may refer you to a psychiatrist who will then assess you over a period of weeks/months and then give you the diagnosis....good luck xxh...

like you i would feel anxious about missing my stop......but try and listen to some music rather than getting lost in a book....that will help your concerntration (hopefully)....is there anyway that the support worker can see you weekly till you get your confidence back? xxxhugsxxx

hi judith, i totally understand the bus thing......i hate them even though i had to get a bus last month i had a panic attack and had to get off the bus and walk the rest of the way which made me even worse....never again!! i do hope your support worker was understanding why you cancelled....am not ...

hi roberth, give yourself some time when wanting to give up smoking....have you tried them electronic cigerette pipe thingies? i know quite a few people who have them and they rave on about them how good they are. keeping yourself busy is the best treatment,.....i need to keep busy all the time but ...

like you i sometimes get those stomach feelings and its horrible isnt it? maybe going back to your care team and explaining this to them....they may be able to help you in other ways
