hi there jay.....only a doctor can diagnose you....us on here cant....the best thing to do is to go to your doctor with the mental graph that you have done and they may refer you to a psychiatrist who will then assess you over a period of weeks/months and then give you the diagnosis....good luck xxh...

like you i would feel anxious about missing my stop......but try and listen to some music rather than getting lost in a book....that will help your concerntration (hopefully)....is there anyway that the support worker can see you weekly till you get your confidence back? xxxhugsxxx

like you i sometimes get those stomach feelings and its horrible isnt it? maybe going back to your care team and explaining this to them....they may be able to help you in other ways
