I've recently found eating healthier food, light exercise and mindfulness to be really helpful for my mind. Maybe going to the gym or exercise class, ie. getting in amongst people might help? Hope this helps.
Loud talking. Pen clicking / tapping / dropping on desk. Swearing. Never ending loud coffee spoon stirring at desk and unable to do this at the hot water machine! Jumping into chairs / Bouncing on chairs.
Do you have any hobbies / any thoughts of getting a hobby? Maybe set targets. Ie. to save up for a holiday or a get a qualification to progress for a career? I've found getting in an environment of people gives me a chance of getting to know people better who can become friends.
