Some therapists are good and they have lots of experience which can help you to get better. One of my friends was suffering from OCD and he tried NOCD and started telehealth therapy and now he is better than before. He had tried some other therapist earlier but that didn't work for him. There is also research going on ketamine for the treatment of OCD. This research on OCD and Ketamine is old but I think so ketamine is really good for mental health.

Every medicine have side effects but it is only prescribed when the positive effects are more important than side effects. Because of covid lots of doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists are providing telehealth services so that they can help the patients. You should check online and find some psychiatrists that can help you and provide help through telehealth.

I think so you should see your GP. You are already taking the medicines which help a lot with depression and anxiety. I think so you need a higher dose of medicines.

Yes, this is a mental health condition and it is known as Harm OCD. It is a subset of OCD in which sufferers get thoughts of hurting themselves or their loved ones. Hello jess,

You should take your husband to the doctor if he is depressed than he needs some medicines. Talk to him and tell him you are always there to help him. Try to make him feel by doing things that he loves.
