I had one for my ESA: my GP gave me a letter which stated that in his opinion work-related activity would put me at serious risk of harm. The people at the tribunal ask me to wait in another room while they read it, then told me I'd won my case. There wasn't any court-room, everyone was really helpf...

I think it's for us to decide if you're "wasting our time", don't you? I don't think you are: you are afraid that you might need this treatment and that's not a logical thing, so trying to make it go away with logic won't work. You need someone to listen to your fears and help you overcome...
