Re: Sunchyme - Newbie (help?)

Hi c.j., thanks for your reply. I am on medication, yes. And I rang the MHT this morning but I no longer come under them, it's been longer than a year since my assessment, so I rang my GP and they're going to call me back. I don't know what I expect them to do though. My problem is... And this is go...

Re: Sunchyme - Newbie (help?)

Thank you capitalt, nonperson and B. When I stopped in October, I had a holiday with a good friend that seemed to change my frame of mind, I started a new relationship and I was in therapy. I'm in Oxfordshire, but every support group around seems to be during the day and I work Mon-Fri. I'm going to...

Re: Sunchyme - Newbie (help?)

Sorry to hear your battles, which I can relate to, resisting can be so hard. Do you have a crisis number you can call to talk through your feelings and calm you ? Often Samaritans on 116 123 can help too. If you're with a Mental Health Team you should have been provided with their relevant details....

Re: Sunchyme - Newbie (help?)

Thanks for your reply capitalt. Resisting is so hard. I had got to a point where I disgusted myself that I could do that to myself, that I couldn't stand to look at or feel my scars. But it has all changed since Wednesday. I'm not sure I'm under the mental health team anymore. They discharged me but...

Re: Medication query

Hi Lottie :)

I was on Fluoxetine a few years back and I'm pretty sure in the end I was on 60 mg, which I think is the maximum dose. Some people need higher doses, some people need different medication. Unfortunately, all you can do is try and try again until you find something that suits you.

Sunchyme - Newbie (help?)

Hey everyone. I'm new on here, I thought I would give it a go. I used to go on Elefriends a lot, an online support community run by Mind but it just got me down. I'm 24 and been diagnosed with EUPD. I've been doing a lot better recently though. However... And this is the part where I ask for help wh...
