Re: aaarrrgggghhh !!!! what do u think

Do you mean that you have to work all of the school holidays and your colleague has them all off? If so, then that isn't fair and you should work out a system to share the holidays Maybe she is thinking that as your children are younger it is not so important to you, so you have to point out how it ...

Re: Cant break away *trig* adults only

Could it be that you actually make yourself not enjoy it and hold back - to give yourself to someone else makes you vulnerable and you would drop your defenses - which is something I know you can't do easily
It is a control thing and you need to be in control - stop beating yourself up xxx

Re: s/h or not? *poss trig*

Unfortunately the crisis team number seems to be standard support and you were lucky to get that as some GP's dont give it out
It is rare that an emergency GP will support someone with MH problems
Ring the crisis team if you are struggling as they can be helpful and supportive xxx

Re: For whoever wants to know or cares!.

if you go on the NSHN website www.nshn.co.uk in the download section there is a list of 100 ways to distract yourself
Some of them are funny and some are worth trying - not sure about throwing socks at a wall though!!!

Re: Trauma therapy

It was kind of my fault as I had to rush off to my daughter's parents evening
Kind of had a surreal day, talking to a distraught Mum about her son's diagnosis of autism and then rushing to therapy, followed by parents evening!!!
No wonder i was a bit all over the place
