Re: I'm not quite sure what type of creature I am.

Hi Ryan

I'm sorry your life is so tough. It sounds so very difficult.

Are you autistic. I ask because a lot of what you say suggest that.

Take care

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris I've heard of these family interventions. There's a film called Apostasy which I intend to buy. It's based on reality although the gut fortunately came from a family where the Dad wasn't a JW. I hope your migraine has cleared now. My anxiety is bad just now. Over the last couple of years I'...

Re: Emotional resilience and the impact of its lack

Hi andthistoo

I had person centred counselling a few years ago. It helped with my self esteem a great deal. Some people don't get on with it but I really liked it.

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris

That's great that you've started meditating again. our actions can say more than our feelings. They happen naturally whereas we can study our thoughts which are always subjective. That is put badly but I must rush for the bus.

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris If you need the tramadol then just stick with them. You need to get through your days and taking the tramadol helps you do that. You were started on a very low dose of venlafaxine and as you'll know 225mg is not a high dose. At one time the highest dose was 300mg with 375mg being used in ex...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris Well the increase in venlafaxine is good. It's a shame though that she wasn't willing to listen. Being listened to and taken seriously is so important. The fact that she's letting you concontinu on the tra madol is good. I suppose she could have been heartless and said no. I hope you get a ...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris I hope your psychiatric appt goes/went well. My sister in law is having a very bumpy ride with her prozac. She doesn't think it's working but it's more than likely taking its time to settle. I am very up and down. I would say I'm more accepting now. I try to split my view. There is my menta...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Chris No way are you addicted to tramadol. As you say you're still on the same dose. The rally went well. I bumped into a couple of people who know my son (he was hung over on this occasion) . He's highly thought of which makes me feel good. Within Global Justice a new member has joined who's a l...
