For some reason. The last link is not clickable. Probably the forum software can't handle PDF links. You will have to cut and paste into your browser bar.

Re: personality disorders

I was a member of BPD world for a while as I saw myself as having some borderline traits. I paid to get into a members only area. When I'd paid and couldn't get into the paid area I complained. The reaction to that was to ban me. That alone tells me JC is a scam artist. I know during the time I was ...

Some thoughts

"I wouldn't commit suicide but sometimes I wouldn't mind dying". I think Stephen Fry once said something similar. Certainly for those of us who are avoidant it would be the ultimate release from the anxieties and stresses that beset us and mar our enjoyment of life. It would be good to hav...

Re: When a healthy diet becomes an unhealthy obsession

I could see where severely restricting what you eat in the quest for healthy living,as opposed to severely restricting how much you eat, could cause problems. Then again It depends on what one would call healthy eating, and how important one thinks it is to have a balanced diet. Eating crap is obvio...

When a healthy diet becomes an unhealthy obsession

We’re bombarded by blogs and social media with rules for healthy eating: quit sugar, go gluten-free, cut out carbs, eat paleo or only raw foods. But taking the rules too far could lead to an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating, and and overly restricted diet that loses important nutrition. It’s...
