I'm not very good with change,to put it mildly. I used to be a regular poster here before the debacle of Sane closing down private messages. Hordes of people left because of it ,including many I had had a good bond with. I've struggled to feel I belong here since then . It's been hard for me to bond...

Mental health and learning difficulties

Just found out from a poster on a forum I use that a mental health charity worker he knows has said learning difficulties(UK terminology) don't affect functioning. I would hate to think this falsehood is prevalent in the mental health field. If so it could explain why those of us with mental illness...

I miss a lot of people on the forum after the great exodus due to the shutting down of private messages. I do have some of them as friends on facebook though.
