why leave the site because of one person, ban the person causung the issue. Ive seen too many decent support group sites go down due to the same issue, some dangerous people out there using "splitting" as a tool to destruction. they cant help it, its a sad way of protecting themselves from...

a tip for applying for DLA the thing they look for risk elements, either to yourself or others, for example self harm suicide eviction- through not opening post, anti social behaviour, cant budget for rent self neglect due to cant cook/ cant plan a meal non compliance with meds BUT REMEMBER dont lie...

yes you could try that, but keep your face out of the way, cos if it was me i would be booting him in the face if he annoyed me to the point of arguement!!! when you're high and hormonal, sometimes there is nothing anyone can do to calm you down, its more than being grumpy, its a serious mental heal...

i admire the chin up approach, but do yourself a favour and make sure you have every phone number you need just in case, for example, mental health crisis service, emergency duty team, gp, etc. you may never need to use them, but at least you will have the tools to deal with a crisis if it happens. ...
