Re: the mundane struggle

Belle, (HUGS) don't be sorry for not being around. I am glad you had better places to be! I survived the rest of the night thanks to my wonderful animals, the dog pinning the bed clothes down one side, the cat the other. I couldn't get into trouble if I tried. To answer your questions I do have some...

Re: killing someone trig

hi nobody'sfool I am sorry that I didn't see your post. How are you doing? Hve you been in contact with your support worker (if you have one) or your GP? I seem to recall this isn't a new thing for you to experience so I am hoping that you have some appropriate support from the official channels as ...

Re: the mundane struggle

screw it.
the only option seems to be to go to bed. the dog is shaking cos she knows i am going to blow my top, and her shaking makes me angrier at myself. bed is the only safe option. Just praying the cat comes in when called or tonight is going down the pan fast.

the mundane struggle

does anyone else understand where I am coming from with this? I am trying to stop thinking "warped" thoughts and be more positive in the face of anxiety and depression but this is how today has gone... Forced myself out of bed at 9am after the alarm snoozed 3 times. Ate too much for breakf...

Re: Health anxiety

Hi Moll, welcome to Sane. I guess I'm kinda like you. I have no formal diagnosis but I am off work with anxiety at the moment and the thought of going back, or even talking about the place, sets my stress levels through the roof. I have anxiety anyway tho and seem at the moment only to be able to do...

Re: Struggling with relationship - another argument

Hey Cat, First of all *big hug*, are you feeling and more reasonable after you wrote all this? Secondly, I didn't mean to suggest you should have done things differently, and I am certainly not suggesting the the 100% of the issues sit on your shoulders, which is why I suggest you try and look at th...

Re: Where is the anger coming from???

Hi SImba You are not alone in this. I too get insanely angry at times when I am usually the first to dive for cover at the sign of an argument. I can only speak for myself of course, but in my case I know that some of my anger comes from repressing my opinion. All my life I have been stifled, as a c...

Re: No one cares

Hi KQ

You don't have to keep the brave face on all the time hun, especially not here.

I'm doing ok today thank you, but as I had a migraine and spent all morning in bed and all afternoon with a mate at her hospital apt I haven't had chance to get myself into any trouble today!
