a week will go in no time I have just had a kitchen fitted so know what its like. It will cause disruption but at the end of it youll have a shiny new bath. Hope it goes well Judith big hug

im sorry your feeling like this. I used to think I was being watched but on the meds much better. You dont say if your taking any medication as it really does help with paranoid delusions. My psychiatrist also used to dismiss my delusions which doesnt help much if you really believe them to be true....
