Re: Medical exemptions to no pets rule...

I don`t know where I would be without my 3 cats, they share the house with me and the family, each one has a different personality which makes it fun to interact with them. Mind you I am a little cat mad, my forum name `kuruneko` is Japanese for black cat. Lets hope that when [not if] you get ...

Re: IT problems are benefit payments.

I have not been affected luckily, was a little worried as I bank with Natwest and with their recent fiasco :o I think you are in a unenviable position, caught between your family, partner and him, I don`t think you will get much thanks from either side from my bitter experience. I hope this is sorte...

good lyric

Just listening to a new album I have downloaded came across a song with interesting lyrics `We are the others` `we are the cast outs` `we are the outsiders` `but you can`t hide us` Sounds a lot like societies attitude to the mentally ill doesn`t it, especially when further on it says `Normal is not ...

Re: The other end of shyness

As a social phobic myself i find this interesting, after being told all through school that I was just `shy` and forced to the front in plays and stuff to conquer this shyness it is amazing how times change I suppose. I still hate the holiday parks like butlins for their shows that have to have audi...

Hi there,
which type of fantasy reading do you like, are we talking tolkein, pratchett or something else, because that is one of my `downtime` interests.

Re: Two Stone

I think stones and other natural substances are used as we as infants recognise shapes before any detail in our vision or cognitive infrastructure. We recognise the shape of our mothers face first rather than whether she has blue eyes or freckles etc. So I suppose this recognition process can be use...

Re: This is the week.

In a way I envy you all with room to clutter, I must live in the smallest council house in existence and there is the wife and 3 adult `kids` here to. Literally do not have enough room to put stuff down let alone piles of it :!: Well done for sticking to the intended task for so long, it is easy I k...
