Look for another psychiatrist but as you said you are suffering from 15 years so maybe she is right but you are not able to listen. Now when will you go for doctor get along with your husband or any relatives with you so might he/she can understand what psychiatrist want to tell?

How to deal with sleep and tiredness at workplace?

I usually take a regular sleep of 7-8 hours daily but too I feel sleepy at the workplace. Sometimes it affects my work. Please share your tips on how to deal with this problem.

Fatty foods and carbs make you feel sleepy. So have a very healthy light food at lunchtime. After having food go for some walk,listen music during walking. There are some tips which you should follow like when you feel more sleepy then only go for bed, do an exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Forced him to go for a doctor. what are problems ask him to share with you? Try to find a solution and also keep supporting your bf always. Make him confident for problems to face. Dont keep the problems inside and also say think too much on this.
