but your honesty will help you move on when you are ready. When you begin to rebuild it should be from foundations that are honest, but it will take time, sadness is more healthy than hysterical denial. Seconded You are being very open here - the advantage of that is that you and others can work on...

I found yoga totally non social but enjoyed it when I used to go

It was change - session with no real talking - change and go

I was bit surprised at how serious it was but came to like it

Start with anything however small

10 mins of jogging on the spot at home

Walk for 10 mins

You will find yourself naturally wanting to up what you do

So you have low level anxiety

Exercise daily and maybe twice with one as a walk and one more physical high intensity - even if it is in the house

Cut out all caffeine and get the sugar right down

Wholefoods - not junk

Passes can be great value

And then what happens is that you go more because you do not think - do I really want to be spending £4 etc going for a swim today

You just do it and for "free"

Gym passes are often a lot cheaper now than they used to be ditto swim passes get pulled in also

There are loads of go to sleep podcasts out there

Plus apps

They do it for me - listening to someone else occupies my brain and then are busy doing "tricks" to get me off to sleep
