At the end of the day it your life. your choice if you don't feel it helps then maybe look something that you feel wood. Yes people make mistakes but I it depends on how you view it and weather you feel you could work out something

I've found voluntary services more professional and less judgemental.. depending on your diagnosis depends on which might work best for you also what is the cause to. Don't beat yourself up. CMHT can be rubbish mine is! as are the CPNs just monitor no suggestion on where I can go for help or practic...
