I get affected by sad and bought a light box. If you are someone who gets very little daylight during day it does help give you a boost. Hi

I also recommend mindfulness, I did the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course when recovering from an illness. It's an 8 week course and takes place in a group, maybe worth seeing if there is one locally?

Hi Thanks for the reply to my rant, I know I'm not alone with the working from home thing being not all it's cracked up to be! There are some options, there is a fairly local office but it's a case of turn up and see if someone's free desk. They used to have dedicated hot desks but got rid of them. ...
