hi everyone, thanks for all your great advice and the main thing for caring. regarding my thyroid, I take thyroxin for an underactive thyroid. also you are right, when I do take a sleeper I feel more down in the morning. hi,
I also hate mornings, I force myself out of bed, I just seem to sit in the chair, it feels like a dark cloud over me and my stomach feels like its in knots.. usually has it gets near lunchtime it lifts a little, I would love to feel normal again. hope you all find some peace soon x
