Re: Emotional resilience and the impact of its lack

Hi Deb. Thanks, sorry it took me a few days to reply. It's weird with me, I am outgoing and sociable, male and female friends. Not really got the social anxiety that most people think of anymore. Re: Newbie wanting a chat

Hi & welcome!

Re: Emotional resilience and the impact of its lack

Diary Entry Hmmm,,, This is a tough one, the thoughts are only half formed too but it is important for me to both note it down and be open about it. I really care for my friends but, particularly with female friends, I fall into an ultimately destructive behaviour pattern where I suppose I seek some...

Re: Am I worthless or being made to feel worthless

HI No one is ignoring you. This isn't the busiest forum, certainly not in the early hours. Well done for reaching out but I suspect you already know the answer, trust in yourself. Anyone who makes complaints / demands but won't explain what lies behind them is either a terrible communicator or is be...

Re: Anxiety over ending something before it even started

Hi Nothing you have said suggests you have done anything wrong. You have the right to ask, she has the right not to answer. It would get weird if you continued trying to speak to her. Good idea not to message her any more, these things can easily become a problem with management. She knows where you...

Re: Ramblings of the Spent

Hi Scott

I'm very grateful not to have your illness but I could relate to a lot of other stuff.

I wonder if anything at this link rings a bell with you?
