Hi there Antidepressants typically take about 6 weeks to kick in. After you start taking, your anxiety levels actually rise for the first 4 or 5 weeks before disappearing. Hi Chris Everything I've read about that eye movement therapy is .... let's say dubious. I'm guessing you're paying a lot for it too. Cognitive behavioural therapy is known to be effective for anger issues. As with anxiety and depression, knowing the cause is kinda interesting but doesn't help much....
