I love real lavender and have quite a few new bushes growing in the garden.
Made lovely bags last year and have them in drawers, cupboards
and other storage.

Good tip about refreshing them with oils. T Y.

Hi laurar You will find one of the first things that happens when depression hits is that we push our loved ones away. It's not easy living with or with someone that has mental health problems. Hi everyone. How are you all doing? It is a nice idea Aisling that you put forward. It certainly something to aim for in the future although I live quite a distance from London and the time would have to be right. Nice thought though :) Just a little update from me. Have you spoken to your doctor about your own health. We all have a breaking point and it seems you are at yours.

Also the Mind organisation could possibly be helpful so give them a try.
