When to accept when to push

I'm in a situation with my wife who OD a few weeks ago. I never know when to start encouraging my wife to do more. She'll quite easily lay back and do nothing. A lot of stuff is falling on me.

I'm want to be supportive but also want her to start sorting herself out.
