Re: worried

Humf, Do you have a charity called MIND, anywhere near you? Whenever I have an assessment coming up, I now contact them, (have to give them notice) . The way they work my end, is you see & speak with the voluntary advocate first to explain the situ. Then MIND arrange the vol advocate to come alo...

Back...*Poss Trig*

I've not been on here for some time now, approx 5 months I think. Not to say things have been wonderful & great! Nor have they been desperate and in crisis. Still no meds & continueing on the more holistic approach. Although I have to say, it has been advised to see the G.P, & take medic...

cannot mask it much anymore....

For all the years I have experienced mental health, never has it been so hard to mask. Not that I am ashamed, or embarressed, I embrace it my own way, in my own space & time, only I and a handful of people know my true diagnosis. That's just the way it is, and it is my choice. In the younger yea...

Re: coming or going????????????? *TRIG

Hi Acorn, I am terrible for keeping things going and continuous, hence the late reply. I try not to live by the diagnosis, not that I don't acknowledge, cause when I was told, it made a lot of sense, my behaviours , thoughts, etc. It doesn't really help its Personality Disorder NOS, endogenous depre...

Re: DWP may yet claim another body *TRIG

Thankyou for your advice and kind replies. It's all still ongoing, I am practicing not allowing them to bully me, which I think it is in effect. It is relentless, have had another letter saying ATOS is now in charge of the further decision for my money? I think I have gone past caring to be honest. ...

coming or going????????????? *TRIG

Back again to get some stuff out.... I have been trying so hard to keep sane, and grounded, and without medication (I prefer a homeopathic treatment) A day like today where I am in hiding, and it makes me think, which is probably not a good thing, paranoia & anxiety prevents me and strips confid...

DWP may yet claim another body *TRIG

Brow beaten, feeling on my knees and sinking fast. DWP have been relentless on my back since January 2014. Near every week I am recieving 'the brown envelope', now just weary of whats in it, and whats to come. My anxiety is hitting an all time high, feeling strangled, by the lump in my throat, makin...

For today there appears to be positives.......

Its not all plain sailing is it, even for the most sane or insane of people!

The highs & lows, keeping me on my toes,

Celebrating a good day, and seeking out the positives in my life.

Have to try and enjoy the now.........

Keep fighting the fight ;)

Re: There is no help

Maybe try ringing Samaritans? might be worth a try, Speak to someone independent to get you through the current dark times? Personally I found them a good support when I have rang in the past. Couldn't you or someone arrange a ring back from the GP surgery? so you can air your concerns over the phys...
