Re: Returning to Work: BiPolar type 2 ( Mixed, Depression, Anxiety )

Hello. Sorry to barge in here, but Christabel is right. Do remember that it takes a very long time to get near to feeling completely better, so, in the meantime, be kind to yourself and recognise the things you can do to make life easier for yourself. It's not being selfish; it's doing what you need...

Re: needing a bit support

Hello Christabel, I just came on here although I haven't been here for a very long time. I can't remember how long now. Anyway, I was sorry to see that you are still having difficulties as I remember how great you were at supporting others - including me. Granny V, also, is a name I remember as bein...

Hidden Stats re Number of Deaths after Benefits Stopped

Hi Everyone, I just had an email re a petition about Ian Duncan Smith refusing to publish statistics showing the number of deaths within six weeks of benefits being stopped. What is he trying to hide? Does anyone else know anything about this? Alison

Re: need a bit of support

Hi Christabel. So sorry I didn't see your post earlier this morning. I do hope you did get the sleep you were hoping for. Like you, I'm hopeless with confrontation and avoid it at all costs otherwise I just end up a quivering wreck. I'm not brave enough to fight back but I see that being able to sta...

Re: What is This?

Hello. Christabel has some very wise words and good ideas for you. It would be great if you could follow her advice. Just a kindly question, though...are you over 18? If not, there are forums especially designed for people your age and you will find lots more good ideas there. This forum is for peop...

Re: custody battle in France

Hello, Thank you so much for your kind words of wisdom, especially at a time when you are suffering yourself. It means a lot to me. I'm so very glad that you have 'met up with' Acorn. She is a wonderful person who has an incredible amount of experience and is able to support people in a very gentle ...

Re: The truth about spending on disability benefits - it's halved

Hi Ooby, I'm glad you got your battery replaced without too much trouble. It's often the lead up to doing these things which is the worst, isn't it? I've been thinking about how great you are when it comes to finding items of interest on the internet and how you are able to be so articulate and succ...

Re: Biting the bullet. Ed trigger

Hello Acorn, I'm glad that you have felt able to share with us the distress that you are feeling at the moment. You have been a wonderful support to many, many people here but, as I think you said to me once, you do need to remember that there is no problem in asking for help yourself when you need ...

Re: hi

Hello Christabelle, How kind of you to write such a thoughtful note for me. You really are a true friend! I was feeling dreadful earlier but am a lot better now. How are you? I do hope things are going well for you and your family. I wonder whether you have seen your little granddaughter recently? I...
