thank you for the replies. my half marathon is booked for Glasgow in October. Its the one thing I would say has had the most positive impact on my emotional state. That and walking the dogs.

Thank you both for the replies. Both make a lot of sense to me. To be honest it did shock me my mood changing that way. Dee, forgot to say I you really can't go to the medical they can in fact come to you. Its hard to get this but if you can't get out of the house to go there, then I suggest you or a friend contact them to let them know this.
