SANEline is open from 6pm to 11pm, 365 days a year.

SANEline is open between 6pm and 11pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays. This ensures that critical and immediate help is available when the public need it the most - when other services are closed or difficult to access.

We provide a high quality service with shifts managed by our clinical team of professional coordinators, and calls are answered by our team of trained and experienced volunteers.

The clinical team provides follow-up calls and on-going support for those helpline users with complex needs.
